Craig Watters is a luxury real estate professional with a deep and genuine connection to the Hudson Valley.

Before real estate, Craig built a career as an award-winning large-format advertising photographer. That background gave him something most agents don't have: a trained eye for light, design, and composition — and the art of presenting a property at its absolute best.

An enthusiast of the region's Dutch colonial and Revolutionary War era, Craig is an active trustee on two non-profit historic preservation organizations, The Friends of the American Revolution at West Point and the Constitution Island Association. He knows the architecture, the back roads, the builders, and the communities that define this market.

With a decade of experience representing buyers and sellers at the highest levels of the market, Craig has earned recognition as a top producer — a reputation that led to a meeting with Ari Afshar, founder of VOYAGE and Compass' founding agent on the West Coast. VOYAGE's expansion into the NYC and Hudson Valley market is driven by the synergy between the LA and Miami teams, operating at the forefront of real estate technology, deploying proprietary AI-powered tools to better serve seller clients and identify buyers that traditional marketing never finds.

Craig lives in the woods in a steep hollow in the Lower Hudson Valley. When he's not working, he's running the trails outside his door, involved in church, and doing what he's done for twenty years. Living and loving the Hudson Valley lifestyle.
